CQB (close quarters battle) is a high-intensity, short duration force on force conflict that is characterized by a dynamic rapid assault. FOF trainees use precise nonlethal force at very close range to engage their opponents.

FOF conflicts are high stress situations involving multiple armed opponents in a limited space environment. Poor lighting conditions may be present, as well as smoke, noise and confusion.

FOF trainees are instructed to be able to make split decisions on target acquisition during room clearing or breach and clear operations.

FOF tactical is the best facility of its kind in western Canada. It is a 360-degree multi-level environment using non-lethal munitions and the most realistic airsoft weapons currently available.

FOF provide a trained opposing force and many different scenarios using live fire designed to induce stress that will challenge FOF operators both mentally and physically.
